Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery costs £3.99 for orders under £20.

Orders of £20 or more qualify for FREE Standard Delivery.

Standard delivery is normally expected within 3–5 business days.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for £5.99.

Express orders are normally expected within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including delays within the courier network.

Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched on business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or your tracking information shows an issue, please contact us at customerservice@cogoutlet.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process.
