Returns & Refunds

We hope you're happy with your purchase from COG Outlet. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Change-of-mind returns

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at customerservice@cogoutlet.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state that you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us within a further 14 days.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

You may inspect and handle the goods as you would reasonably be able to in a shop. If the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund.

Refunds

When you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@cogoutlet.uk with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

Your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from the 14-day cancellation right above. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Return condition

Please return items with all components, accessories and other items supplied with the product wherever possible. Please package returned goods securely to prevent damage in transit.
